Kalico Kits
I have designed Kalico Kits as mindfulness, slow-stitch projects to encourage 'me time' for those of us who sometimes need an excuse to just sit and stitch without the need for patterns, instruction sheets or a 'plan'.
Anyone can create a square with these kits - no real skill needed, just the ability to play, use your imagination and enjoy the process.

The Coastal images here were stitched by one of my classes as a challenge whilst we had Christmas break. Some loved them immediately, some found them challenging but once they got started, couldn't stop! Some told me they had found them invaluable, allowing some thoughtful, reflective time for themselves. These examples are as individual as the women who stitched them! See more here |
